RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. New and unused products may be returned for up to 15 days after purchase. To return an item please email support@RcNitroCarz.com for a RMA Number and instructions for shipping. Please do not ship any item without receiving a RMA number first.

PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ OWNER’S MANUAL, INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY BEFORE INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION. Please be advised that manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect setup. All of our items are covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty. Should your item have any defects or missing parts please contact the manufacture directly. Manufacture contact information should be listed on the vehicle manuals however should you have a problems locating the manufacture's contact information please email us at support@RcNitroCarz.com and we will provide you with their contact information.

Please note RcNitroCarz cannot accept any returns if fuel has been added to the vehicle or if the vehicle or part(s) have been used or opened in any way. New item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs. All returned items must first receive a return merchandise number from RcNitroCarz prior to returning any item.Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will be refused unless the Return Merchandise Authorization number that we issue is clearly marked on the shipping label of return. RcNitroCarz is not responsible for return shipping costs or refunds of the original shipping charges.  All warranty claims must be handled through the vehicle manufacture and not RcNitroCarz.com.
